Power Systems Studies Professional Services-The Contracting Entity has procured Power Systems Studies Services on a single supplier framework member basis for each of the three lots below;•Lot1 Power System Studies•Lot2 Substation Earth Grid Design and Testing Services•Lot3 Protection Studies

ESB intend to procure a single party framework for each of the two lots for GWM13712 Hazardous Waste Services contract. Applicants may apply for one or both lots. Lots are based on location. ESB intend to have framework agreement for the Hazardous Waste Services at ESB Generation & Trading sites in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. ESB G & T now requires service provision for the compliant storage, collection, transportation, recycling, recovery, final end processing and disposal of Hazardous Waste, Biohazardous Waste, Batteries and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment from its Generation stations, wind farms, battery sites, other renewable sites and temporary Construction Sites in ROI and Northern Ireland. In addition, annually, will involve peak waste volumes and the successful contractor will be required to work with ESB local management in each location to ensure that this work is managed in an efficient and effective manner. CG14 Generator Low Tuning and associated bump test and electrical tests. CG15 Bump test, Generator robotic inspection and associated electrical tests. CG14 and CG15 minor inspections.

The contracting entity intends to procure a Supply and Maintenance contract for the Provision of an end-end managed print service in approx. 90 ESB locations in the Republic of Ireland, and a small number of locations in Northern Ireland and mainland UK. The existing printer fleet consists of a mixture of 570+ single & multi-function (print, copy, scan) A3/A4 print devices. There are approx.13.5 million pages printed each year across all locations. Reducing the number of print devices and pages printed will be a key feature of this contract. The impact of Covid-19 and the increase in ESB staff working remotely/flexibly will impact the number of sites and site occupancy, this will have a direct impact on the number of print devices required and print volumes throughout the duration of the contract. ESB reserves the right to ramp up and ramp down the print service without penalty.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure Actuarial Services contract for the Trustees of the ESB Defined Benefit Scheme and ESB. The broad scope of this appointment covers all Statutory and Actuarial Services for the effective, efficient and compliant running of this Scheme to be completed in a timely manner.
