UL are looking to partner with a design company specialising in futures, strategic foresight, and design services. It is envisaged that the work required over the next four years will include: 1) The strategic design and development of systems innovation/change strategies. 2) The set up and roll out of the UL Mission Lab. 3) The design and production of solutions/tools and content to support the successful rollout of UL's mission portfolio of projects. 4) The co-design and development of missions. 5) The production of scenarios and speculative artifacts. 6) Large number of stakeholders engaged across the campus community. 7) Ongoing scouting and identification of methods/approaches. 8) Supporting the integration of the mission approach into other functions.

In that regard DAFM requires a packaging solution for the storage and transportation of the badger carcasses assigned to UN No. 3373 Biological Substances, Category B conforming to the Packaging Instruction P650 for liquid substances and capable of holding a weight of up to 20Kg. Tender responses are being sought to supply, deliver, install, provide training and after sales technical support for interactive Flat panels (IFPs), to schools in the education sector. Following the completion of the evaluation process, and after contracts have been signed with successful Tenderers, a multi-supplier framework agreement will be set up and subsequently managed by the Department of Education (DE). Once the framework is in place, primary schools, post-primary schools, special schools, ETBs and other listed education parties, i.e. Framework Clients, will be able to procure goods and services by running the draw-down methods available under the framework.

Tenders are sought for the supply and delivery of a 300mm High Power Semi-Automatic Prober (Lot 1), and a self-contained and standalone Mainframe Platform High Power Parameter Analyzer capable of delivering high current and high voltage output (Lot 2). The Specialty Products and Services Centre at Tyndall fabricate and test a wide range of thin film materials, wide band gap semiconductors, MEMS, composite materials, polymers, and hard coatings. The electrical properties and responses of these materials/devices are of significant importance. Consequently, a multi-function Semi-Automatic 300mm High Power Prober system is required to study the electrical properties of these materials and devices under a range of temperature conditions.
