Specialist workplace assessments and adjustments-East Sussex County Council (ESCC) have recently undertaken an employee engagement programme, the results of which have driven a focus on improving and building upon the existing process by which employees can access needs-based assessments and associated recommendations for adjustments, as appropriate.
