The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a multi operator framework for Fire Safety Consultancy Services for projects, located within the Council's administrative area, including new build and refurbishment projects of housing, civic, community,commercial, libraries, sports and recreation and public realm types. Full Fire Safety Consultancy services will be required for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof, including the role of Ancillary Certifier (BCAR). The framework agreement will be established on the foot of an initial contract for Fire Safety Consultant services for stages (i)-(v) of the CWMF. The project involves the design and delivery of a new build housing scheme, as part of a phased regeneration of an existing housing estate, comprising c.25 no. new-build apartment and duplex homes in a 3-5 storey building over undercroft car parking. The estimated construction value is €11m incl VAT.

Multiparty framework for mechanical and electrical consultancy services for various projects on multiple sites. Members will also be required to provide the following specialist skills: -Expertise in the design of exterior and public lighting -Sustainability, Environmental and Energy Consultancy Services -DEAP/NEAP analysis -BER certification -HPI certification -Ancillary Certification for BC(A)R in accordance with the Code of Practice for inspecting and certifying buildings 2013-2016 -Designer under the SHWW Act 2005 and Construction Regulations 2006-2013. The framework will be established on the foot of an initial contract for a project which involves the design and delivery of a new build housing scheme.

Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the procurement of works contractors for the Boiler Replacement Programme in Dublin City Councils housing units in the Dublin City Council Areas marked out as Lots 1 to 3. Subject to there being sufficient responses it is envisaged that Lots 1, 2 & 3 will each consist of 8 No. successful contractors respectively. Tenderers are allowed to apply for all three Lots, however membership will be granted into Lot 1 and Lot 3, or Lot 2 and Lot 3 only. Tenderers will not be eligible to be included in Lot 1 and Lot 2 simultaneously. Tenderers who choose to apply for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 must therefore outline their preference for Lot 1 and Lot 2 in numerical order. Please see Volume C for further information. Lot 1 is allocated up to €3million per year, Lot 2 and Lot 3 are allocated up to €2million each per year. This may increase subject to receiving additional funding for the project.

For the supply, delivery and unloading of Trees for Dublin City Council, excluding Christmas trees. The framework is primarily for use by the Parks and Landscape Services Division, but may also be extended for use by other divisions of Dublin City Council. The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for the off loading of the items at the receiving area as directed by Dublin City Council Parks Staff. Please note there will be at least five separate locations within the City boundary that the Trees will have to be delivered to and off loaded as outlined in section 3.1. The bulk of requirements under the framework will be a single annual request. There is no guarantee of additional contracts, but where they arise, the Contracting Authority will consult the members of the framework agreement in accordance with the rules of operation outlined in this Request for Tender.

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision, installation and maintenance of summer floral hanging basket displays at various sites in Dublin City. The framework will be for the provision of Summer display 2023, 2024 and 2025. Multi Party Framework Agreement for Integrated Design Teams for Public Realm Projects. Typical services will mainly be landscape architectural and urban design services for the delivery of refurbished public realm projects, refurbishment of public parks and the development of new public parks. Urban landscape planning studies, strategies, land use strategies and policy formation etc. The framework duration is 4 years. Projects under this framework will vary in scale but will typically be similar in scale to the initial project. Initial project construction cost is estimated at 1M.

Single Party Framework Agreement for Quantity Surveying and Project Management led Design Team including Architectural Services, Civil & Structural Engineering Services, Building Engineering Services, Acoustic Engineering Services, Fire Safety Engineering Services and Project Supervisor for the Design Process Service to include public realm and other related services. Dublin City Council seeks to establish a four year Multi-Party Framework Agreement, for the supply, delivery and unloading of spring and summer flowering bulbs. The initial contract covers the requirements to be delivered in 2023. A minimum of four (4) and a max of six (6) operators will be admitted to the framework provided that at least four tenderers qualify in accordance with the selection and award criteria. Where it is not possible to include four tenderers, a lesser number may be admitted to the framework. Requirements under the framework will be met though mini competitions where each member of the framework will be issued a Supplementary Invitation to Tender. The Contracting Authority(CA) proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi party framework agreement for the provision of Project Management, Site Management and Consultancy Services (NEC4 Project Manager, NEC4 Service Manager, NEC4 Supply Manager & NEC4 Supervisor Roles) for the Dublin City Council Public Lighting Upgrade Project. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial NEC4 PSC (as amended by the Contracting Authority) contract for 24 months. The CA is employing the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to establish this framework. In the first instance, interested parties are required to complete and submit Appendix A the Qualification Questionnaire. Applicants will be assessed on the basis of the rules, criteria and weightings set out in the questionnaire, which are aimed at establishing the technical and professional abilities of applicants as well as their financial standing.
