Dublin City Council proposes to establish two 4-year multi party framework agreements (two lots) for the supply and delivery supply of Christmas trees (2022 - 2026). Dublin City Council currently requires approximately 150 trees per annum across the two lots, however DCC makes no guarantee of the volume of supplies to be contracted under the framework agreement Requirements under the framework will be met through mini competitions where each member of the Framework will be issued a Supplementary Invitation to Tender detailing the scope of requirements, the award criteria and the closing date & time for submissions. It is emphasised, Dublin City Council makes no guarantee of the volume of supplies to be sourced under the framework agreement. Dublin City Council reserves the right to operate outside of the framework agreement at its discretion; particularly should it become apparent that doing so would offer greater value for money.

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Two Local Enterprise Offices – LEO Dublin City and LEO Fingal - for Capacity Development Consultancy for 7 Lots - (i) Green for Micro, (ii) Leadership Coaching, (iii) Innovation Capability Development, (iv) Strategic Finance Capability Development, (v) New Market Development, (vi) Digitalisation Development and (vii) Export Development. Framework Agreement will contain 45 economic operators overall and duration of framework is 48 months. Daily rate will apply and assignments range from 1-5 full days consultancy which introduces businesses to consultancy concepts and enable them undertake a change project under guidance and support of a qualified consultant. After a suitable change project has been identified, a diagnosis of current practice and performance and key performance indicators must be established to achieve targeted business improvement measures. The assignment delivery period is 8-12 weeks.

Dublin City Council (DCC) intents to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for various types of Building Surveying Services via an Open Tender Procedure. The initial contract ‘Libraries and Offices Surveying Pilot Project’ will establish the Framework Agreement for potential future Mini – Competitions. The initial contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender for the ‘Libraries and Offices Surveying Pilot Project’. The Framework Members will also be ranked, based on the above assessment, to establish a cascade ranking, which will only be used in certain circumstances which satisfy specific conditions. It is envisaged that the Ten (10) highest scoring Tenderers (subject to receipt of sufficient number valid tenders) will be admitted to the Framework Agreement.

Dublin Fire Brigade intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for 4 years in two separate Lots for the Supply and Delivery of Station Wear & Footwear to Dublin Fire Brigade fire-fighting personnel. Lot 1 is for the supply and delivery of DFB Stationwear and Lot 2 is for the supply and delivery of Footwear. The initial contracts will be for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further year if required See Appendices D and E ( Pricing Schedule ) for a list of the required items in each Lot. An order for a full issue of clothing will be placed immediately following the award of the contracts for each of the 900 Fire Fighters and Officers, this may repeat each year but there is no guarantee of levels but significant levels are expected.

Dublin City Council wish to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of a Managed Car Park Management Solution and Related Support services for use at multiple site locations across Dublin City Council area. The End-to-End Car Park Management Solution will be initially deployed in the underground car park located at the Civic Offices in Wood Quay, Dublin 8. The proposed solution must have the potential to scale and include additional car park locations if required. The solution will be used to establish and evaluate current usage patterns and traffic flows through the underground car park.
