Drammen Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest in relation to this for a ski track preparation machine.

Drammen Municipality has entered into a contract with ECIT for the operation and administration of network and security products. The agreement shall be valid until a new tender contest is implemented. The procurement was made in accordance with the regulations, section 13-4, letter b, no. 2 and the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice that was previously published. No objections have been received from the market.

Drammen Municipality has entered into a framework agreement with Atea for the purchase of network and data room equipment. The contract includes the following product areas: - Network products (it is expected that this area will account for 90% of the contract volume), such as -- Switchers -- Routers -- Wireless access points -- Firewalls, including products for SD WAN -- LoRaWan products -- Other network components, such as: --- Any necessary licensing (including maintenance) --- Cables --- Wireless Network Controllers - Data room products (it is expected that this area will account for 10% of the contract volume), such as -- Servers, including Azure stack products -- Storage solutions -- Emergency power supply (UPS) -- Other data room products, such as: --- Any necessary licensing (including maintenance)

Drammen Municipality has signed a contract with Atea for the hire of technical consultants. The contract will be used to hire in assistance with security and the operation of vital systems, whilst work is simultaneously being done of establishing a new computer room in Azure. When the design and construction of the computer room in Azure has been sufficiently developed, the municipality will announce a contest for its operation and consultancy services connected to this computer room. This work is being done in close collaboration with Atea and Microsoft and has been ongoing since spring 21. The procurement was made in accordance with the regulations, section 13-4, letter b, no. 2 and the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice that was previously published. No objections have been received from the market.

The chief officer in Drammen Municipality, c/o the internal controller, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of internal auditing and investigation services. The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with three suppliers of internal audits and investigation services. The internal controller will, on behalf of the chief officer, ensure that a good and satisfactory quality/internal control framework is established in the entire municipality and self-reporting on the development and follow-up of this work. There will also be evaluations about whether assignments are actually carried out and followed-up.

The contest is for town waste collection, including the total collection and transportation of waste from all urban waste bins to a designated waste disposal site for the entire municipality. The number of bins and containers is approx. 600 spead over large parts of the town and nearby recreational areas. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT a year in recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The new Drammen Hospital will be the local hospital for Lier, Drammen, Nedre Eiker, Røyken, Hurum, Sande and Svelvik, and it will have area functions for all of Vestre Viken. The new hospital is located at Brakerøya and it replaces Drammen and Bladstad Hospital. The site is 150 decares, and is located in the existing industrial area at Brakerøya as far as Drammenselva and near the railway station. Construction began in autumn 2019, and full clinical operation is scheduled for May 2025. Drammen Municipality will be the builder for the the development of public infrastructure.
