DIXONS ACADEMIES TRUST - EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME AND EMPLOYEE HEALTHCARE CASH PLAN-This Tender is for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and the provision of health benefits to employees of the Trust in a Health Care Cash Plan. The Trust currently provides a comprehensive EAP to its employees however, do not offer Health Care Cash Plan benefits at the moment.
