Army Corps Of Engineers, Sacramento District, Intends To Negotiate On A Sole Source Basis With Mid-valley Disposal Under The Authority Of Far 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. a Sole Source Justification For This Purchase Has Been Prepared In Support Of This Acquisition.
