CWF Lots 2A and 2B - Cargo Cycleway-The Cargo Cycleway project is Route 38 of the Carlisle Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan. Route 38 run in a north/south alignment along an unnamed road between the roundabout of Kingmoor Road with the A689 (Carlisle Northern Development Route) and the residential area of Cargo.
