The new framework contract is aimed at ensuring that the video post-production platform (VPPP) is kept running, further improved and up to date to fit with the continuous technological evolution in the broadcast domain, allowing the Secretariat to continue to deliver high quality services to its stakeholders (President of the European Council [PEC] / European Council [EUCO], Presidency / Council, Eurogroup President / Eurogroup) and media clients).

The purpose of this contract is to provide technical engineering assistance for the quality monitoring of maintenance services for technical installations (HVAC, sanitary and electromechanical installations (including lifts and nacelles)) in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Secretariat’) in Brussels.

The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (GSC) is launching a call for tenders for the provision of maintenance services for two existing faraday cages, used to host EU classified information.

The main objective is to ensure an optimal and professional cleaning service (including the cleaning of drapes) in an environmentally friendly manner, taking into account the occupancy of the various buildings and also the quality of the service required by the Secretariat, as well as maintenance services and supervision of pest control measures against animals or insects in and around the buildings and on the patios located between the various wings of the buildings.

The services covered by this contract mainly comprise: — preventive and corrective (non-omnium) maintenance of vehicles for the three buildings (JL, LEX and EB) of the Council of the European Union, including assistance during regulatory inspection and audits; — implementation of renovating works on the vehicles of the LEX building.

The object of the invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of specialised cleaning services for computer equipment of the GSC.

The objective of the call for tenders is the procurement of SAP related IT services for the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in order to maintain and evolve the financial information system SOS II and to implement new functionality within the boundaries of change management and in liaison with the business users.

Conclusion of a cascading framework contract for the regular and ad hoc supply of flowers and related services.
