1. Nazwa nadana zamówieniu przez Zamawiającego: Rozbudowa oraz poprawa stanu nawierzchni sieci dróg w Zielonej Górze – nr 5c.2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na modernizacji drogi tj.: Modernizacji drogi powiatowej nr 1029F od km 0+000 do km 1+908.3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ oraz w dokumentach, o których mowa w pkt 3.4.oraz 3.5 SWZ.4. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową i Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót zawartymi w załączniku nr I.5 do SWZ. UWAGA: Załączona dokumentacja projektowa obejmuje odcinek DP1029F od km 0+000 do km 4+816,20. W niniejszym zamówieniu realizowany będzie wyłącznie odcinek od km 0+000 do km 1+908, tj. do granicy podziałowej między działkami 384/1 i 554/3.5. Szczegółowy zakres robót określony został w kosztorysie ofertowym zawartym w załączniku nr I.4 do SWZ, który należy złożyć wraz z ofertą zgodnie z pkt 6.1.6) SWZ .
