Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2022r. poz. 1385 ze zm.) w prognozowanej łącznej ilości 2755,000 MWh dla Miasta i Gminy Serock oraz jej Jednostek Organizacyjnych wymienionych w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ w okresie od dnia 1.01.2024r. do dnia 31.12.2024 r. Przewidywana ilości dostarczanej energii elektrycznej została określona w oparciu o punkty poboru energii (PPE) wskazane w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ.
