1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie (odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie) wskazanych w opisie zamówienia odpadów komunalnych z terenu Miasta i Gminy Serock w okresie od dnia 1.02.2024r. do 31.01.2026 r. 2) Zamówienie podzielone jest na dwie części: Część 1. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Miasta i Gminy Serock. Część 2. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów zbieranych w Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Serocku przy ul.
