PRN2467 Cairnmartin Phase 3 Belfast Integrated Design Team-The Association is seeking to appoint an Integrated Design Team (to include a Project Architect (acting as Lead Consultant), Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, Principal Designer and NEC4 Supervisor) for the design and construction of a new social housing project at Cairnmartin Phase 3, Belfast, which is currently programmed to commence on site during the 2024/25 Social Housing Development Programme.

Approximate numbers of hardware required would be 12 Large form office industrial machines (for Choice offices) and 65 small form A4 machines (for schemes) all with copy, scan (to network) and print function. We are seeking a one stop solution including the supply of consumables on a next day basis.

The Employer is willing to consider multiple offers for this requirement and may enter into a number of Contracts with successful Tenderer’s to secure its requirements or enter into a single Contract with a successful Tenderer for provision of units.
