The purpose of this tender is to assist Children's Health Ireland (CHI) in procuring a fully resilient, managed and supported Telephony and Unified communications (UC) solution that combines voice, video, mobility, messaging, meeting, collaboration, and workflow configurations in a single solution. Integration to the new Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record) system will also be key to enabling efficient and collaborative communications.
