MILK PRODUCTS Note- 1. The approved Branded Milk and Milk Products will conform to the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 as amended and applicable from time to time. The hotels / units of the Corporation will be at liberty to get the samples of Milk and Milk Products tested from the Govt. Laboratory at Chandigarh and the supplier will be responsible for the consequences including legal action. 2. The tenderer shall upload the tender and related information including rates strictly as per the description/specification of items as mentioned in the tender document.
