The Central Bank’s website is a public facing website delivered on the Progress SiteFinity Content Management System (SiteFinity DXP) and hosted on the Progress SiteFinity Cloud PaaS hosting service on Azure, using a tenancy owned and operated by Progress. The entire Solution will be managed by the successful Tenderer. The Solution includes, but is not limited to, the Central Bank of Ireland’s website; hosted environments; and associated managed service. The successful Tenderer will provide a single-point-of-contact service wrapper for all aspects of the solution including providing support, maintenance and ongoing development of the centralbank.ie website. The provision and day to day management of network, storage, and security is handled through the Progress SiteFinity Cloud. See attached documentation for more information.

The Central Bank is establishing a Framework Agreement for supply of temporary staff on short term placements. The objective is for the Central Bank to have flexibility to source temporary staff roles at short notice for three types of temporary staff roles, 1) General Administration, 2) Banking, Finance and Professional roles 3) Senior Central Banking roles.

The Central Bank is appointing a company for the provision an IT service desk based at the Central Bank’s premises (subject to Covid-19 and related public health guidance), utilising the Central Bank’s service management toolsets.

A contract to provide online collector coin services, including the provision of an e-commerce platform, specialist numismatic sales, marketing services and back catalogue services.

The Central Bank require an off-site storage facility with the ability to provide file cataloguing, collection, retrieval, tracking, destruction and scanning services; and to manage an in-house records management service and an established archive service.
