The Parts That Make Up The Entire Dredge Are Originally Procured By Ellicott From Various Manufacturers. These Parts Are Then Modified/re-manufactured By Ellicott To Meet The Specialized Custom Design Requirements. Once These Parts Are Modified/re-manufactured, They Are Now Considered Specialized Parts That Are Only Available From Ellicott.the Naics For This Action 333120 Entitled "construction Machinery Manufacturing", Which Has A Small Business Size Standard Of 1,250 Employees.this Acquisition Will Be Procured In Accordance With Far Part 12 Acquisition Of Commercial Items, And Far 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
