Principal Designer and H&S Advisor Support-The contract has been awarded through the Exception to Requirements of Competition in accordance with BMDC Contract Standing Orders. The Built Environment department has a team providing Construction Design Management (CDM) support to capital construction project ranging in value from £5k to over £10m. This is provided via the provision of the Principal Designer role. This role is a Regulatory requirement on construction projects.

Tender for Maintenance and Repair of Pressure Washers-The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires a competent company to service and carry out repairs of the pressure washer equipment based across the Bradford District. The contract will be for a 3 year period with a possible two 12 month extensions. The estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, is £120,000 over the contract period. The contract is envisaged to commence 1st December 2023
