The Built Environment department has a team providing Construction Design Management (CDM) support to capital construction project ranging in value from £5k to over £10m. This is provided via the provision of the Principal Designer role. This role is a Regulatory requirement on construction projects.

Tender for Maintenance and Repair of Pressure Washers-The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires a competent company to service and carry out repairs of the pressure washer equipment based across the Bradford District.
