WIPO is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Digitization of the technical document collection of the Government of Botswana, Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA), based in Gaborone, as described in the Annex I – Terms of Reference (TORs). The purpose of the RFQ is to seek an external contractor to implement the digitization project in Botswana. The contractor will set up installation of required facilities, prepare the documents and undertake the digitization and file management work with close guidance and management by WIPO Geneva and local authorities in Botswana.
