Wood metabarcoding-There is a requirement for the metabarcoding analysis of 62 tissues (namely bark, heartwood, and sapwood) from already-provided World Forest ID wood samples, using both fungal ITS and bacterial 16S primers and amplicon sequencing in the same runs.
