Safer Sleep Cot Provision-The overall aim of this service is to ensure that a safe sleeping environment is provided to families, identified by Health Visitors, who are unable to provide their own. The Provider will receive referrals from Health Visitors to supply and fit the cots to the families identified. This will include the cot, mattress, two sheets and two blankets.
