Servicing and Reactive Maintenance of CCTV Equipment 2023-2026-(SC Ref:733420) Carry out regular service maintenance and reactive maintenance to ensure that CCTV systems installed in Bield Housing and Care schemes continue to produce high quality clear images.

Provision of Pest Control Service and Reactive Visits 2023-26-(SC Ref:733632) Provision of quarterly Pest Control Service and a Reactive Call Out Service during normal working hours. The contract will be for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2023 and there will be the option to extend by up to a further 12 months.

Periodic Fixed Wiring Inspections 2023 to 2026-The contract will comprise periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations in Bield’s tenanted properties and common areas. 100% of the installation (flats and common areas) shall be subject to detailed inspection and testing.

Inspection, Testing and Reactive Maintenance in respect to Emergency Lighting Systems, and Portable Appliance Testing Contract 2023 to 2026-(SC Ref:728632) One annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the inspection of all Emergency Lighting systems, and annual Portable Appliance Testing within these properties. Reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis with an emergency response time of 4 hours.
