Collection and Treatment of Waste materials from Recycling Centres-The removal of waste materials from Belfast City Council recycling centres for the purpose of separation and distribution to treatment facilities and reprocessing centres for recycling and where appropriate energy recovery with landfill as a last resort. A single Bidder may be appointed for each for Lot, although a Bidder may be awarded more than one Lot should they demonstrate they have the capability and capacity to do so.
