Processing & Recycling of DMR Paper & Card-The council currently collects 4 streams of waste and recycling at the kerbside, these are residual waste, garden waste, paper and cardboard and Dry mixed recycling (DMR). The new contract will be in 2 lots, 1 will cover the receipt handling and treatment of approximately 6000 tonnes of paper and cardboard.
