Framework Agreement for Value Added Reseller Services-Provision of Value Added Reseller services 36 month contract and one 12 month optional extension. This framework has been awarded on a non-committed spend basis. The framework will be in place for up to four years. Requirements will be called off over the Term and as such the contract value represents a maximum spend over this period, on this Framework.
