a. The PSC/PSCC poles shall be procured by the TTK agency from approved vendors of BESCOM duly observing corporate norms. b. Supply of materials, construction and testing of 11KV HT lines on 9 Mts PSC /PSCC/RCC poles using Rabbit ACSR conductor . c. Supply and Erection of 25 KVA 1 star rated 3 phase Aluminum wound 4 Star rated Distribution Transformer on Single pole structure as per specification including providing of distribution box with DLMS Compatibly meters under Rate Contract as detailed in the relevant Bid documents. d. The Unit Rates for the work for material and labour will be finalized based on the total amount quoted by the bidder for all the items mentioned in the price sheet, in comparison with the total amount works out for the same items in the price sheet as per rates specified in the BESCOM SR 2018-19 and recently Amended material rates on percentage(%) basis. e. Any other Electrical and/or civil works including supply and erection which are not included in the iten rate schedule but required to complete the work shall be carried out by the successful bidder on recommendation of the Engineer-in-charge as well as approval from the competent authority at SR rate + approved tender premium percentage and shall be considered to be included in the scope of the work. If the SR rate is not available, ten mutually agreed rate will be considered.
