a) The Agency participating in the Bid shall be responsible for providing 24 hours security services on all the 365 days of a year to the C,O&M stores, Sub-divisions, Divisions, circle office as mentioned in the annexure. b) Prevention and apprehension of tress passers. c) Providing security cover to the top officers of the company at the premises. d) Prevention of thefts and pilferages and apprehension of any person attempting these acts and handing them over to concerned BESCOM officials. e) Controlling entry and agrees of personnel of company visitors with appropriate documentation as will be laid down by the company from time to time. f) Controlling incoming and outgoing materials, from each block of the buildings duly checking the relevant document. g) Proper and upto date maintenance of fire-extinguishers (to be made available for use in case of emergency) h) Provide escort for men, materials and cash as and when required as instructed. i) Exercise extra vigil after working hours and during holidays of the premises. j) Performing any other duties not prejudicial to the nature of duties they can be entrusted with by the company. k) The security guard on duty should leave the place of working only after the reliever reports for duty.
