The company is already one of Norway's largest property players with rental income of approx. NOK 5.5 million in 2019. The rental income comes mainly from the letting of commercial premises in airport terminals. Avinor plans to develop the hubs to meet the needs of the regions, passengers, businesses and new forms of transport. To be able to do this, Avinor needs external assistance, and therefore wishes to enter into a strategic framework agreement with one tenderer who can assist Avinor.
