Atlantic Technological University (ATU) seeks tenders for the establishment of framework agreement for each of the three lots: Lot 1 – ATU Donegal; Lot 2 – ATU Sligo; Lot 3 – ATU Galway-Mayo. The services required as part of this framework will include the provision of digital printing services to Atlantic Technological University for jobs with a value of less than E1,000 in each instance. The requirement may include, but is not limited to, the following: Flyers, Posters, Leaflets, Business cards (including typesetting and proofing) Other miscellaneous small printing requirements. A turnaround time for delivery of all jobs is capacity to deliver within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Full details are included in the RFT Document appended to this notice.

ATU seeks tenders for grounds maintenance services at its Sligo Campuses. The contract involves the upkeep, maintenance and development of the Institute’s planting and soft landscaping. Services include provision of grass cutting, planting and soft landscape maintenance services together with the development and enhancement of all landscaped areas at the Institute of Technology Sligo Main & North Campuses comprising approximately 27 hectares in total. The contract also includes grounds maintenance at the St Angela’s Campus including an initial shrub and landscape works project at this campus. A full description of requirements is outlined at Appendix 1.

The contracting authority Atlantic Technological University proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single operator framework agreement under the open procedure. The overall scope of the framework requirements is for the Design, Manufacture, Installation, Testing and Certification of Laboratory Fume Hood, Equipment and Technology, servicing, maintenance, repair, and consumables. All ATU sites may use this agreement over its lifetime. The initial contract under this framework agreement is for the supply, install, testing and commissioning of 13 fume hoods at ATU Galway City, Dublin Road Galway. ATU has a requirement to engage the services of an external dedicated Student Contact Centre Service to support enquiries regarding Student Recruitment and registration. The successful tenderer will act as the initial point of contact for all phone, e-mail, website, and social media-based enquiries received in relation to ATU’s programmes. The successful tenderer will interact seamlessly with the University’s academic, administration and management staff and will report regularly to the University. The initial contract awarded under this framework will be with ATU Sligo.
