The Norwegian Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion is hereby publishing an assignment for the mapping of: a) The employers' justifications for using part-time employment. b) The labour reserve among part-time employees.

The government has put forth proposals for legislative amendments that involve new provisions in the regulations for the recruitment and hiring of labour from staffing companies. The purpose of the assignment is to map the effects of new regulations on hiring from staffing companies and to assess the effects the changes have on employees, businesses, the labour market and society at large.
