Andel Holding A/S har behov for at kunne indgå aftaler med eksterne konsulenter inden for SAP IT-rådgivning og projektbistand. På den baggrund udbydes en rammeaftale. Det er Andel Holding A/S, som står anført som ordregiver på rammeaftalen, mens koncernforbundne selskaber kan anvende rammeaftalen, og vil efterfølgende have mulighed for at indgå separate Leverance- eller Projektkontrakter med leverandørerne på rammeaftalen. Disse koncernforbundne selskaber er oplistet i Bilag 4. Udbuddet omfatter således alle de i udbudsbekendtgørelsen samt de i bilag 4 anførte selskaber under Andel. Cerius og Radius har en særlig ekskl. rettighed i henhold til aktiviteten i forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 9. Den pågældende kontrakt har tilknytning til disse aktiviteter, hvorfor kontrakten sendes i udbud.

Vagtydelser, på 7 af ANDELs lokationer inden for følgende ydelseskategorier: Fast vagt (Svinninge nat (kl. 18.00-06.00 samt lør-, søn- og helligdage kl. 00.00-24.00 og Virum (dag (kl. 06.00-18.00)) – inkl. receptionsservice, Vagtrundering (alle lokationer ekskl. Kalundborg - Søborg og Køge dog som option) og Alarmpatruljekørsel (alle lokationer ved bestilling). Endvidere afgives timepriser på tilkøb af fast vagt f.eks. som brandvagt, visitation mm. Andel is a Danish group with 1.800 employees which among others delivers power to businesses and private households in the geographical area Greater Copenhagen, Zealand, Lolland-Falster and Mon. Andel has in 2020 acquired Radius from Ørsted A/S. After the merger, the Meter Data Management (MDM) platforms need replacement and joined into a new, common strategy. Andel envisions the new MDM Solution as a critical tool for Andel to be able to follow and drive the future metering and data collection in Denmark. The power network is divided into 2 main separate networks developed and maintained by Cerius with 450.000 meters and Radius with 1.000.000 meters respectively. Andel wishes to acquire a new and complete MDM Solution which will be integrated in Andel’s IT enterprise system landscape.

Formålet med udbuddet er at etablere en rammeaftale på levering af kaffe, te, tilhørende produkter samt kaffemaskiner/automater og tilhørende serviceaftaler. Rammeaftalen omfatter både køb og/eller leje af kaffemaskiner samt vedligeholdelse.

The tender consists of 3 lots, each of which constitutes independent framework agreements: Lot 1: Fixed Network Telephony Lot 2: Mobile Network Telephony and Data Services Lot 3: Broadband Internet Connection (CANCELED) Lot 4: Mobile Terminals

The object of the tender is to procure new personal computers (named devices), monitors and accessories for all Andel employees and external consultants. Andel expect the Supplier to offer a framework agreement with a wide range of high-end devices, monitors and accessories that can meet the needs of Andel app. 1.600 users. Andel Holding A/S is responsible for the organization of the tender and the practical implementation. Andel Holding A/S is listed as contracting entity on the framework agreement, while the companies in Andel are covered by the offer and subsequently will have the opportunity to enter into individual purchase order with the supplier for the framework agreement. The tender thus includes all those in the tender notice as well as the companies listed under Annex 6 in the tender material as well as future companies which, through company law restructuring etc. going to cover the universal service or professional and physical areas of these companies.
