An Post has awarded Single Party Framework for an Audio Visual Solution, Support & Maintenance (the “Contract”). This could include but not limited to a new An Post Headquarters (referred to below as the Site), Mails Centres and Regional Offices. • Supply of Audio Visual Software and Hardware. • Installation commissioning and testing of Audio-Visual environments • Meeting room booking system to integrate with (Office 365, Teams) • Supply of CMS platform for single communication • Support and Maintenance services for all purposed solutions. • Solution capability to manage meeting room environment • Training for end users on Audio Visual solution Support and maintenance will be required for the equipment for the duration of the contract (3 years)
