UNOPS is hereby inviting suppliers to bid for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Recruitment and Onboarding SaaS software and its associated implementation services for UNOPS globally, as further described in the Schedule of Requirements. Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into non-exclusive Long Term Agreement(s) (LTA) with a single vendor capable of providing the full scope of the required solution and other associated services (as outlined in the Schedule of Requirements). UNOPS, therefore, strongly encourages the vendors to bid accordingly. The Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) will be valid for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms, contingent upon vendor performance and price competitiveness.
