Even after the free trial, you can search any tenders absolutely free. However, you will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs 299/tender to download documents. You will also not receive any notifications for daily tenders. In case you intend to download more than 2 documents per month, we strongly recommend to subscribe to a plan that allows you to download more tender documents. Plans start from as low as Rs 3000/year.

With BidAssist you can search any tender by authority, location, summary or even tender ID as like Google search. By subscribing, you can download tender documents throughout the period of the plan. In case you intend to download more than 2 documents per month, we strongly recommend to subscribe to a plan that allows you to download more tender documents. Are there any applicable limits?
Yes, fair usage policy applies but mostly to ensure that our paid users get maximum return on their investments. Also, our limits are loose enough to not come in you way of daily operations. What is the offer?
This Money Back offer ensures refund of the money paid by the customers for availing of the services of BidAssist. Any eligible customer can seek a refund of the amount paid if they are dissatisfied with the services of BidAssist. The Terms and conditions for claiming refund are described in detail hereunder.

This offer shall be available to selected paid users from the past of whom the renewal of their BidAssist Plan is pending.
Time limit for availing of this offer?
Eligible customers can avail of this offer between the 15th to 31st of March 2023. In special circumstances and subject to the discretion of BidAssist, this offer may be extended beyond 31st of March 2023. Any eligible customer who could not avail of this offer within the prescribed time limit because of some technical errors or circumstances beyond their control can approach BidAssist within a reasonable time and explanation for their failure. BidAssist, if satisfied with their explanation, can allow them to avail of this offer even after 31st of March, 2023.
How to avail?
Eligible Customers will have to opt-in for this offer via Whatsapp or Email. Based on their interest, BidAssist's account executive will reach out to the eligible customer to understand their requirements. Once the requirement is captured the customers will be shared sample results based on their defined requirements by the account executives. Eligible customers can continue to receive daily/weekly alerts based on their preferences post-payment of the appropriate amount as prescribed by BidAssist.
How to claim the Money Back?
If a customer is dissatisfied with the services provided by BidAssist, it can demand a refund of the amount paid by it within the 15 days and BidAssist shall refund the amount paid by the customer within 7-10 working days of the receipt of its request. The demand for a refund shall be made by the aggrieved customer by contacting their account executive within 15 days of renewal. The account executive shall take forward and execute the request of the customer.
Terms and conditions governing refund of the amount paid:
Any customer aggrieved by the services provided by BidAssist can make a request for a refund of the amount within 15 days of availing of this offer. Any such request made after the lapse of 15 days shall not be eligible for a refund of any amount. Any request for a refund shall be made by the customer as per the procedure prescribed above. Any request made without adhering to the said procedure shall not be considered and no refund will be processed in such a situation. No refund of the amount shall be given on the grounds such as failure of the customer to get tenders or apply for tender on any ground whatsoever or failure of BidAssist to provide tenders on the same day it is released, etc. BidAssist shall not be held liable for ensuring the authenticity of the information shared by it with customers and therefore, no refund will be given on this ground.

Once your trial period is over and if you have not subscribed to any plan, you will not be able to download any tender documents. However, by paying a nominal fee of Rs 299/tender, you will be able to download the tender documents. Read more

How can I add more states to my Solo, Business or Basic plan?
You may add more states to your Solo, Business or Basic plans at just Rs 1000/state. You will see the option to add states on your Active Plan screen as shown in the exhibit below.

How can I receive customized email tender notifications?
Unlike other tender discovery applications, you have full access to control your notifications. Simply edit or add your preferences section for locations, authority, amount, keyword etc. You can select "Preferences" from My Profile section

How can I minimize the daily notification alerts for tenders?
You can set the frequency according to your respective needs by selecting any one of the options- daily, weekly, monthly or none under the Notification Settings along with the medium (SMS/Email/Both).

What is multiple email ID notification?
You may choose to add multiple email IDs to receive notifications. On the basis of choice of plan, you will have access to multiple users and each user can add his/her email ID to receive the notifications.

Can I login to multiple devices at the same time?
Yes, you can. We offer multiple logins to our subscribers. Based on your choice of plan, you can log in to more than one device at the same time. The Solo and Business plan allows 1 Web+1 Mobile login whereas the Enterprise plan allows multiple logins. The Basic plan has one user which allows two logins, similarly Standard plan has five users so 10 logins are allowed.

What if I login via two web browsers at the same time?
For the Solo, Basic and Business plan users, it logs you out from the previously logged in browser and allows you to move forward with the current logged in browser. The Enterprise, Standard and Professional plan subscribers don’t have to worry about this as they enjoy multiple logins access support.

What is the benefit of following a tender?
Following a tender allows you to bookmark the tender for future reference so that you can find it easily in one place. The BidAssist team also makes sure to send you alerts if there is an update regarding tender information in one or more tenders you have followed. Now, you can also create your own follow list of tenders you have found for similar purpose.

Can I turn off notification for a followed tender?
Yes you can turn-off the notification by clicking on the heart icon on the tender and unchecking all checked lists . Once you save, this will allow you to unfollow the tender.

Does BidAssist provide updates on an archived tender?
We ONLY provide updates on active tenders. But the team definitely assures to send alerts for those archived tenders whose tender Closing Date has been extended. We don't want our subscribers to miss any opportunity.

What if I could not find the tender?
You can always Report a missing tender to our team (available on our apps). Simply fill in the details of the missing tender like Authority name, Tender ID, etc and click "Report" or drop an email at contact@bidassist.com for queries regarding missing tender. Our support team will help you to find the relevant tender details.

Can I create multiple lists of tender I want to follow?
Yes, You can create multiple lists and can give them names you remember to identify the purpose if you have access of multiple lists in your plan. You can follow a tender by clicking on heart icon and selecting the list name under which you want to add the tender or create a new one altogether. Multiple lists feature is available only for Standard and Professional plan users.

Where can I see my followed tenders?
You can find all the tenders that you have followed under the followed tab on the listing screen. You can view tenders in a particular list by clicking and selecting the list you want to view from the dropdown menu on top.

Where can I see the tenders which I have downloaded?
BidAssist automatically groups all tenders you have downloaded at one place for you to access. You can view those tenders by under Followed tender list by clicking and selecting the "Downloaded" list from the drop down menu.

How many Follow list can I create on my own?

Yes, you can delete a list that you have created on your own. You can go to followed tab, select the particular list from dropdown and click on delete option available on top rightmost part of the screen.
