Description: Dismantling Of Abandoned/condemned H.s. Tank Near Platform No.10 At Csmt Station. Remarks - Lot Is Approachable By Pakka Road. Loading Point Is 200 Metres Approx. Away From Lot And Cutting Materials To Be Lifted Manually And By Trolley Upto Loading Point. Trolley And Any Other Equipments Required For Loading Will Be Done By Purchaser Himself. Utmost Care Should Be Taken While Shifting Cut Materials Upto Loading Point Since There Is Heavy Rush Of Passengers In The Vicinity. M. S. Ferrous - 38.810 Mts (approx.) C.i. Items - 2.755 Mts (approx) The Delivery Of M.s. Ferrous/ci Will Be Made On Actual Weighment Basis Only At Hbhr Depot. The Weighment Will Be Done At Hbhr Depot. The Items Mentioned In The Description Only Will Be Delivered. In Case Of Excess Quantity Entire Quantity To Be Lifted By The Purchaser By Payment For Difference Of Actual Quantity Delivered With Lot Quantity. Sse/wks/wdi May Decide Whether Any Other Supervisors From Electrical, Engineering And S & T Are Required During Dismantling And Co-ordinate With Them Accordingly. Lot Number Is Exhibited/painted On The Tank. The Quantity Is Worked Out On Approximate Basis. Materials Like Electric Wires, Fittings & Cables And Other Such Kind Of Materials Available Inside/outside The Tank Which Is Not Within The Scope Of Lot Description, Shall Be Handed Over By The Purchaser To Custodian. The Items Used In Fencing Around The Structure Such As Rail, Tie Bar, Jali, Stone, Bricks, Wooden Pillar Or Any Other Items And Similar Type Of Material Lying Nearby The Structure/lot Will Not Be Delivered. Dismantling & Cutting Is Allowed For Easy Loading Purpose At The Risk & Cost Of The Purchaser. Dismantling Is Permitted Upto Ground Level Only. The Purchaser Should Ensure That During Dismantling & Cutting Operation No Nearby Structure/building Should Be Affected And Take Necessary Care/safety Precautions To Avoid Any Mishap As Well As Damage To Railway Property.
