The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 5 projects with a contract value of not less than Rs. 20,00,000 for providing manpower services. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 7 years. The bidder must have relevant work orders, each with a minimum value of Rs.20 Lakh or more, and should have executed at least 5 work orders with the supply of 25 Security in the last 3 Financial Years. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 800 Lakh (for 3 years). MSMEs are exempted from the 7-year experience requirement if they meet all other technical eligibility criteria.
