Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 25mm dia X 750mm long GI foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 4mm thick size 320mm x 320mm with 4 nos. 28mm dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd. (For 12mtr & 10 mtr. Pole)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismantling of Octagonal GI Pole of 10-12 Mtr Height with street light Fittings and existing foundation i/c cutting of foundation bolts etc. and making good smooth surface & Re-errection of this pole on new foundation with street light fittings by suitable means i/c testing , commissioning etc. as required.

Cutting of hard rock/road/ PCC for laying of UG cable from existing dismantled foundation to new foundation with the help of hilty/ hammer etc. i/c making good by laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4: (1 Cement :2 coars sand : 4 graded stone ) of size 0.2 B x 0.2 D mtr etc. as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Replacement of old unserviceable of the following accessories on the existing high mast suitable for fixing luminaires complete with winch assembly, SS wire rope with U clamp of both the ends and window cover of 20 Mtr pole i/c connections, testing, commissioning etc. i/c complete with greasing the pinions, making required holes to fix the same i/c less credit dismantle and inserviceable for same etc. as reqd.

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade aluminium unarmoured cable of following size for connection of the fitting to the pole as required.

System lumen efficacy >120 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminum housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). on exsiting high mast by suitable means etc.
