The bollards shall be fixed in CC block of Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregrate 20mm nominal bore) and of size 30x30x30cm including earth work in excavation etc. complete as per the direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
