Overhauling of 1600 KVA transformer by draining out oil, opening of top cover, taking out the core and winding from tank, taking out core and LT limbs of the transformer from core, checking it properly and giving treatment to it, changing of complete gaskets of transformer like top cover, radiators, bushing, conservator, Cleaning the tank & varnishing the inner surface of tank, washing the core & winding with hot oil through filtration plant, tightening the loose packing, cleaning and checking thoroughly, tightening of nut bolts an tie rods, removing of all HT & LT bushings and rods, fixing of bushing after cleaning with chemical, baking the core & winding in automatically controlled hot air circulation oven for removing the moister from it, dehydration & filtration of transformer oil, its complete fitting, testing & unloading & loading at our site etc complete as reqd.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required. a) 300 sq. mm

Supplying & filling of duly dehydrated transformer oil having achieved the oil value of 50 KVA required for top-up in the existing transformers etc complete as required.
