Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying Double Flanged (Screwed/ Welded) Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS: 8329 :

450 mm dia Ductile Iron Double Flanged

Modified Estimate Cost after correction on DSR items on a/c of GST@0.973 i.e. deduct for effect of correction factor on DSR Items ((1-0.973)-0.027 on (DSR Items)

Providng and laying M.S.Pipe 600 mm dia, 10 mm thick by Jack Pushing Technology directly in ground upto 3 metre depth below form ground land including necessary jointing/electric welding, coupling, etc complete as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out subsurface survey at above mentioned across the road showing Water supply Pipelines, Sewer lines, Telecom Cables, Communication lines, drains , Gas Pipe Lines, Anchors, Oil Pipe Lines, Electric Cables, & other conduits etc. in the proposed corridor along with providing depth and dimensional details of Underground utilities and mapping as per sub surface utility Engineering-SUE ASCE 3802 & INDS TT :401-2018 (Indian Society for Trenchless Technology). The length of Route is (75*6)meter.
