LED Lamp with all other provisions for execution in conformation with detail technical specification:- a) The mast shaft shall be in 2 sections of suitable sectional lengths with slip joints b/w various sections without any circumpherial welding hot dipped galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per Is : 875 port-III b) Double drum winch provided with raising and lowering device suitable for operation for with portable power tool for electrical operation with a remote control switch. c) Separate handle for manual operation of winch with a torque limiting device for safe ducking of carriage. d) Raising and lowering type lantern carriage designed to carry 6 nos. 200 watt. LED flood light fittings symmetrically mounted luminaries, control gear box, junction box and top pulley assembly with weather proof cover. e) 3 wire suspension system with steal wire rope of suitable size not less than 10 mm dia. f) Flexible copper power cable for connection of suitable size. g) Hinged service door in bore section, bore plale, earthing terminals. ................................................ h) One no. heavy duty 1.2 mtr long hot dipped galvanized lighting finial i) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation trenches, i/c dressing of side and ramming of bottom, i/c getting out excavated soil. j) Providing & laying of in position RCC Cement concrete of specification 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded store of aggregate 40 mm) i/c centering & plasting adopting the soil bearing capacity of site at 10 T/Sq mtr. 1 mtr square at 2 mtr. below FGL suitable alongwith foundation bolt nut washer complete etc. as required.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle and "T" strengthened with intermediate menberers of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally and vertically and duly welded with wiremesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement ( Two nos sliding bolts and one No. go down lock) having 0.5 mtr long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick agles iron, duly grouted in cement concret foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) upto suitable depth painting with on coast of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc complete as reqd.

Providing and laying in position M-24 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1960 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1600 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing single/double galvanized arm bracket of suitable length and dia on the existing pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd.

S.I.T.C of energy efficient LED Street light fitting Luminaries of rating 150 watts or more made with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with powder coated with lens, IP 66, suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase A.C. supply, having system efficiency minm. lumen of fitting 18500 and not less than 120 luman per watt. or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000 K, CRI 70 with driver having power factor 0.95, THD 10% and efficiency 85% potted driver should be IC Compliance, with minimum 10 KV surge protection, LED life shall be not less than 50000 burning hours, complete reqd at site.

Providing, boring and laying HDPE pipe of 125mm O.D. conforming to IS: 4984 - 1995 with pressure rating of 4Kg/sq.cm by trenchless technology with no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with moling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, roding of pipe, providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipe, excavation of pits of required size at a depth of 1.30 mtrs. to 2.00 mtrs i/c refilling etc. as reqd.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 200 watt LED flood light fitting. Made out of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with toughfned glass, manufacturer's logo embosed on the housing (printing/stickers not allowed) and with separate compartment of lens and driver to make it IP-66 degree of protection, minimum lumen 25000 lumen LEDs must have lense plates for better throw across and along the road with luminaire efficacy of greater than 120 Lumen/Watt, L70-50000 burning hours colour rendering (CRI) of ≥ 70 and co-related colour temperature (CCT) of 5700K (±300K). The luminary should have 10 KV surge protection, PF≥0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD≤ 10%, operatable in voltage range of 150-280V. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of ≥85% and driving current ≤ 700 mA. .The manufacturer should provide LM 80 reports alongwith warrantee of 5 years for luminaires i/c drivers with suitable mounting arrangement complete etc. as required at site.

Fabrication, supplying installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of suitable size not less than 1 mtr. x 1.2 mtr. x 400 mm deep made out of M.S sheet 2 mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 amp capacity front openable double door with locking arrangement (2 nos. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Making of Horizontal Hole in road for laying of suitable size of 63 mm HDPE pipe over dia by trenchless machine at a depth of more than 750 mm below in ground level complete with finishing the same etc as required at site.

Supplying and Laying of XLPE ISI Marked, Aluminium conductor armoured cable in the existing pipe as reqd.

SPMCB with all accessories mounting system and 3 phase aluminum backlight connector 16amp capacity for terminating of 3 phase cable including gasket connection complete etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5mtr long x 40mm dia including accessories & providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement with salt & charcoal etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and drawing 3x2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conducter multi core cable in the existing poles & brackets from cable termination connector to the fittings i/c providing suitable lugs connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.
