Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone ggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and making nature hut class rooms of internal size 4.50 metre x 4.50 metre and size including roof projection is 5.50 m x 5.50 m(overall) , for student of Nursery and similar classes to feel environment friendly with M.S. Skeleton strucuture and Bamboo work(as mentioned below). The whole work be carried out as per drawing, direction,site requirement and entire satsifaction of engineer in charge: (A) M.S. structural work The complete M.S. skelton structure including the following member should be fabricated and made monolithic by welding to each other as per site requirement. The joint arrangement of Vertical/inclined/ Horizontal member should be absolutely finished properly and all member duly painted with primer. i) Vertical members :-4 Nos. 50mm dia Nominal bore M.S. hollow pipe with minimum 3mm thickness and clear height above the floor finish level upto 3.0 metre and 1.0 metre embedded in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 along with welding of MS base plate of size 0.3 X 0.3 X .008 metre below the Floor finish level (C.C. to be paid separately). ii) Horizontal member:- The Square frame of 4 horizontal member to be made of 50mm dia Nominal bore M.S. hollow pipe with minimum 3mm thickness and be resting on 4 nos above mentioned vertical members duly jointed with each other as per site requirement. iii) Inclined Member :- 4 nos. inclined member to be made of50mm dia Nominal bore M.S. hollow pipe with minimum 3mm thickness be jointed by welding at the centre of the square frame and above the height of 1.0 metre from the level of 4 nos horizontal member. iv) Bracing member;- The horizontal bracing of 4 nos inclined member to be made of 50mm dia Nominal bore M.S. hollow pipe with minimum 3mm thickness at the centre of each inclined member duly welded horizontally. B) Bamboo work i) Providing and fixing of seasoned golden, pressure treated bamboo of minimum dia 5- 6 cm, fixing in Cement concrete 300 mm below the floor finished level and 3.0 metre above the floor finish level for the pillars 4 nos. bamboo at each corner and 4 nos. at entrance of hut , fixing of horizontal members of bamboo logs to fix all four sides of the structure, , Fixing of bamboo jali with 25mm dia(avg.) half cut bamboo at the bottom 0.90m in height all around and upper side 0.45 m in height all around of the main structure(as per drawing) . ii) Making the roof using half cut pressure treated bamboo in two layers and providing 3 mm fibre sheet sandwiched in between the inclined surface of roof to make the roof of the hut water proof, suitably connecting the both layer of bamboo with necessary fittings as per site requirement etc. iii) The whole MS Hollow pipe to be covered all around with suitable size half cut bamboo with required fittings etc. iv)Providing and applying substantial preservative chemical, brushed or painted for protection against biodegrading agents on bamboos. Bamboo sticks and logs will be treated with chemical preservative with suitable quantity and concentration of preservative, at various stages of stack preparation at site.
