2. Past Performance: Copies of relevant contracts / orders to be uploaded along with bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: * Periodicity of Preventive Maintenance Services: Quarterly
* Number of Work Orders: At least three Work Orders in the last three financial years, with at least one Work Order in each financial year.
* Net worth: Positive net worth for the last 3 financial years. The technical certification required by the bidder is:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certificate for the Server cum Network Resident Engineer. Additionally, the bidder must submit an Affidavit and upload supporting documents to prove their eligibility for exemption from certain criteria. The bidder should also have registered in EPFO & ESI Departments of Central/ State Govt and have at least one branch office in Delhi/New Delhi/Faridabad/Gurgaon/Ghaziabad/Gautam Budh Nagar for support services.
