All welding joints of sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with GI/ LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 3mm thickness, UV resistant and colour as approved by Engineer in charge.
