Designing providing installing temporary, removable retaining structure using steel piles/soldier piles/H. beams with water beams, hard wood wooden lagging of desired thickness, M.S. clamps or other suitable arrangement etc. strutting shoring or using anchore for all lead, lift and depth including boring holes for soldier piles/strutting structural members up to required depths and dia& filling holes as per approved structural design & drawing to required depth. The solider piles shall be embedded below founding level as per approved earth retaining structure design/ drawings conforming to relevant BIS codes and other relevant retaining structure shall be taken out after completion of raft & retaining walls. The work shall be carried out as per approved structure design, drawings and in co-ordination with other structural/ architectural drawings. The rate shall be inclusive of mobilisation, operation of machineries, equipment’s tools, tackles design, re-design drawings and other incidentals to the item of work complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for all lead and all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carriying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more."
