P/F tubular (round /square/rectangular hollow shape) pipes Electric resi or butt-welded tubes, including cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing in position after making them oval/half round shape as per drawing and site instruction including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of PU enamel paint of approved make and colour.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of machine / plant at site etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precast GRC concrete tile, size 230 mm x75 mm, (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing, fabricating, supplying installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the pipe racks, of approx. 6-meter heights. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant MS items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litr of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). withSilicone additives of required shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (One or more coats on old work) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Designing, Manufacturing, supplying and fixing sign boards made up of 4mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with 90 micron vinyl sheeting, suitable for outdoor whether, in approved colour combination including subject matter, message, symbols and borders etc. as per approved design pasted on subtract by an adhesive, backing and fixing the same with suitable sued aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of stainless steel along with theft resistant measures, including making holes in pipes, angles, flats, compete as per drawing specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (MS support frame, post shall be paid separately under relevant items )

Making, supply and installation of SS letters on front / top parapet side of building made of Stainless Steel (Approved make) Grade 316 with 50 mm depth raising made out of laser cut shape in required design, language and font including buffing, polishing and fixing by sufficient number of fasteners/ arrangement high quality chemical tape/ adhesive / fast pf approved make all complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer In‐charge

P/F Light gauge Stainless Steel (grade 304) section, preferably angle or t shape section, fixed with or without connecting plate, cramps, cleat made up of SS, with stainless screw for corner/bond of existing ACP cladding including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position all complete.
