The bidder should have satisfactorily executed works with specific criteria. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the value of the concerned work/sub-head, - Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the value of the concerned work/sub-head, - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the value of the concerned work/sub-head.
The value of completed works is adjusted to the current costing level by a 7% per annum increase from the completion date to the last bid submission date.
