Seat/Back Assembly: The cushioned seat assembly shall be consist of seat outer (material-30% glass fiber nylon) and upholstered seat inner (material-polypropylene) with moulded polyurethane foam and polyster fabric. The net back shall be made up of back outer (material-glass fiber filled nylon) and back inner(material-PP) and upholstered using polyester mesh fabric with high tenacity yarn. Size of back shall be (W)-46.5cm, (H)-60.0cm & size of seat shall be (W)-51.0cm x (D)-49.0cm. Back Spine-The support spine shall be made up of high pressure die cast polished aluminium. Armrests- Armrests shall have two adjustment, Height(6+/-0.5cm) and depth(6+/-0.5cm). Height adjustment shall be provided in aluminium structure of armrest which shall be connected to aluminium back spine and shall be operated with button. The depth adjustment shall be provided in pad which shall be fixed to armrest structure. Armtop shall be made up of PU molded over plastic inner. The lumbar support assembly shall consist of lumber spine(material-glass fiber filled nylon) which shall be fixed to Aluminium back spine. The Lumbar pad (material- Polypropylene) shall be fixed to lumbar spine through lumbar pad supprt. Lumbar support assembly shall have height adjustment of 5.0 ± 0.5 cm. Tubular Frame: The powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns) tubular frame shall be cantilever type and made of Ø 2.54 ± 0.03 cm x 0.2 ± 0.016 cm thick MS ERW tube. The sofa shall be made up of pinewood frame material covered with PU foam upholstered with Synthetic leather. Soft Foam With Recron Filler: Made from soft foam, which shall increase the level of comfort. The recron filling inside shall add comfort and support while seating. Generous Lumbar Support: It shall offer generous lumbar support, which engulfs the user's entire back area with optimum support. Elevated From The Ground: The ground elevation of the sofa shall facilitate easy cleaning underneath the sofa. The material should be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The material should be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
